Andrus Kaldalu, Member of the Board and a founding partner of NFP, is acting as the head consultant in mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory projects.

Prior to founding NFP, Andrus worked as a CEO of Asper Biotech, a leading Estonian biotechnology company and Mainor, a holding company with almost 30 subsidiaries active in the fields of production and real estate development. Andrus has also worked as a consultant in McKinsey & Company, a leading internetional consulting company which clients include 100 of the top 150 global companies, touching every major industry worldwide. His tasks included consulting of major financial, telecommunications and industrial companies in Finland, Sweden and Estonia.

Andrus has graduated cum laude from Tallinn Technical University, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration and is currently doing a degree in organization behaviour in Tallinn University. He has attended to various additional training courses carried through by McKinsey & Company etc. 

Andreas Sipsakas, real estate investment consultant of NFP, is acting as an advisor on financing, sales and purchase of real estate projects.

Andreas joined NFP team in 2006. Before joining NFP, Andreas worked in Estonian largest real estate office Uus Maa, where his responsibilities included consulting of large cash-flow based development projects, management of sales - purchase processes and attracting new investments to the real estate fund.

Andreas has graduated with honors from Mainor Business School and Estonian Business School. He has attended to various additional training courses in the fields of business administration and real estate investments.
